Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas (Ulysses) is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings after school hours. You will support independence and behavior goals under supervision.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm), with opportunities for advancement and a friendly clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation is required.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
