Job summary

Heartland ABA in Salina, Kansas is seeking part-time ABA technicians to deliver one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. Roles emphasize flexibility and direct client support.

No prior experience is required and full training is provided. Successful candidates will complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit at least six months to the role, helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
