Potential earnings of up to $156K annually dependent on experience.

Competitive Pay: $100/hour for BCBAs (Full caseload not required; alternative salary options available)

Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
Partner closely with families to ensure sustainable progress
Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans and assessments
Uphold ethical standards and best practices per BACB guidelines

What You Bring:
