Job summary

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is seeking a Behavioral Technician to support students in a K-8 setting using applied behavior analysis. The role involves monitoring, direct instruction, and training for students with behavioral challenges, along with providing clerical and supportive tasks to instructional staff.

Work 7:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package; requires high school completion plus AA or 48 college units or proficiency test, plus RBT/ CPI/

Qualifications

• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Experience with children with autism or development delays.
• Clerical and instructional support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support, monitoring, direct instruction, and training.
• Provide clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
