You will craft C-suite presentations, design the operating rhythm, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and translate AI work into business outcomes, partnering with finance, HR, and leadership to manage budgets and headcount.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and planning, Chief of Staff, or related field.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and headcount experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality presentation materials for executive audiences.
• Design and manage the Applied AI operating cadence and planning cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align leadership priorities.
• Lead or coordinate strategic projects requiring executive visibility.
