Ladders is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to join a leader in IT. You will shape end-to-end AI architectures from idea to production, securely and scalably, partnering with business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into practical plans.

The role emphasizes generative AI, LLM applications, MLOps, and governance, with remote-US flexibility. You’ll tackle data, analytics, cloud, software, and AI initiatives at scale, driving measurable impact.

Formación

• 8+ years in data, analytics, cloud, software, ML, or AI.
• At least 5 years designing or leading AI, MLOps, or production data‑intense solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern ML including generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands‑on experience with production AI/ML systems emphasizing security and governance.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.

For our client, we are seeking a Applied AI Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape end-to-end applied AI solutions that move from idea to prototype to production in a secure, scalable way. You will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical architectures and implementation plans. The position calls for deep experience across data, analytics, cloud, software, machine learning, and modern AI, with a strong focus on generative AI, LLM applications, MLOps, and governance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of comprehensive, end-to-end applied AI architectures
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Guide hands‑on development of prototypes and production implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate AI opportunities
• Ensure AI systems are built with strong security, scalability, and governance in mind

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, cloud, software, machine learning, or AI solutions
• At least 5 years focused on designing or leading AI, MLOps, or production data‑intensive solutions
• Strong understanding of modern machine learning, including generative AI and LLM applications
• Hands‑on experience with production AI/ML systems emphasizing security and governance
• Proficient in programming, particularly Python and SQL
