Ladders is seeking an AI Architect to shape the enterprise AI vision and establish architectural standards across a global environment. You will guide platform strategy, govern implementations, and translate AI capabilities into scalable business solutions.

You will collaborate with executives, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to advance interoperability, security, and operational readiness while delivering cutting-edge AI initiatives and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or cloud platforms.
• 7+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise integration, security, and distributed systems.
• Proven leadership in influencing executives and leading cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Architect to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will shape the enterprise AI vision and the architectural standards that support it across a complex, global environment. The selected candidate will guide platform strategy, govern implementation patterns, and help translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable business solutions. You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to advance innovation, interoperability, security, and operational readiness.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
