Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years in security/privacy/trust & safety with hands-on management.
• 4+ years of people management and organizational leadership.
• Proficiency in coding with Python, Go, C/C++ or shell scripting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to redesign workflows and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across security, privacy, integrity, and trust & safety; drive team health and retention.
• Provide end-to-end people development: 1:1s, growth planning, performance management.
• Direct the volume and quality of expert signals produced by the team.
• Map strengths and interests to workstreams and projects to maximize impact.
• Provide technical direction within the domain and debug complex issues with leads.
• Contribute technically while staying current with domain judgment.
• Incubate research projects and advise strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with partner managers and model researchers to align workstreams.
• Coach ICs toward the next level and support organizational health initiatives.
