Qualifications

• 8+ years in security/privacy/trust or related field.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C/C++, or shell scripting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to redesign workflows and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced engineers across security, privacy, integrity, and trust and safety, ensuring health and retention.
• Own people development: 1:1s, growth plans, performance management.
• Guide the volume, quality, and complexity of the team's expert signal, prioritizing gaps.
• Provide technical direction within the domain and collaborate with leads to resolve issues.
• Maintain direct technical contribution to stay credible.
• Initiate incubated research projects and internal advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with partner engineering managers, technical leads, and researchers to ensure successful workstreams.
• Grow individual contributors toward the next level through coaching and opportunities.
