Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security, privacy, integrity, trust and safety, or related technical field, with hands-on management.
• 4+ years of people and organizational leadership.
• Proficiency in coding with Python, Go, C/C++, or shell scripting.
• Experience applying AI tools to redesign workflows and drive impact.
• Ability to lead teams through complex, ambiguous problems with evolving roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security, privacy, integrity, and trust and safety engineers, focusing on health, engagement, and growth.
• Drive people development: 1:1s, growth plans, performance reviews.
• Oversee the volume, quality, and complexity of expert technical signal produced.
• Map strengths to workstreams, and connect team to high-impact projects.
• Provide technical direction and maintain domain credibility through direct contribution.
• Collaborate with partner managers and researchers to ensure successful workstreams.
• Grow ICs toward next levels through coaching and opportunities.
