Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI security specialist to work with enterprise account teams, helping world‑class organizations secure Claude implementations across their systems. You will combine deep security expertise with customer‑facing skills to guide pilots to production workloads.

Working with Sales, Product, Research and Engineering, you will translate security needs into technical playbooks, partner with ISVs and managed security providers, and maintain knowledge of the latest AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security roles with hands-on depth in at least two areas (app security, offensive security, detection and response, or threat intel).
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles or security teams requiring leadership buy-in.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Ability to explain security value/risk to CISOs and executives, and translate between security and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python and in integrating tooling into engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and practical security use cases of LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to map a customer security program to Claude-enabled work.
• Serve as primary security advisor to large enterprise customers from discovery to deployment.
• Move customers toward sustained security workloads across the software lifecycle and automated testing.
• Develop reference implementations and evaluation approaches for Claude-powered security workloads.
• Design workshops and hands-on sessions for customer security teams.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver Claude-powered security outcomes.
• Communicate complex security concepts to both engineers and executives.
• Track adoption of security workloads and feed insights back to product/engineering.
