The role focuses on research, analysis, dataset design, and technical strategy, translating findings into practical data for state-of-the-art models.

You’ll collaborate with researchers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape data-centric AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, CV or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of industry, research, or applied AI experience.
• Experience with generative AI systems and image/video generation.
• Ability to read and apply academic research to real-world problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across research, product, and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate state-of-the-art image and video generation models to understand strengths, weaknesses, and common failure modes.
• Review research papers, technical reports, benchmarks, and emerging model architectures.
• Identify opportunities where new datasets can improve model performance.
• Design dataset frameworks, metadata requirements, taxonomies, and quality standards.
• Define data requirements based on research findings and model evaluation results.
• Partner with product and operational teams to bring dataset initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with external researchers and technical stakeholders on dataset strategy and data quality requirements.
• Incorporate market feedback and customer needs into research priorities where appropriate.
• Communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate research into execution with practical decision-making.
