Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Director-level Product leader in Boston to own a portfolio of AI-powered products. You will shape the strategy, standards and governance for the Product Management team, while owning P&L and funding the right AI bets.

This role emphasizes governance over hands-on engineering or research. You will lead a team of PMs, collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams, and raise the organization’s AI capability through coaching, playbooks and hiring bar.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product leadership and portfolio management with proven PM/PO leadership experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and P&L across multiple products or lines.
• Ability to evaluate AI opportunities, build business cases and govern AI programs.
• Experience aligning product strategy with emerging technologies and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across an AI-powered portfolio.
• Set AI-informed product strategy, roadmap sequencing and ROI expectations.
• Make build/buy/partner decisions; fund experiments and stop rules.
• Oversee AI feature economics, lifecycle, pricing and drift/versioning decisions.
