Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep architectural expertise and a track record delivering production systems at scale.
• Experience owning service architecture across a full stack.
• Hands-on engineering ability and staying close to the code and architecture.
• Exposure to LLM/AI services and AI-powered systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Architecture for the Applied AI stack and end-to-end pipeline.
• Productionize AI-driven experiences and harden services for uptime and scale.
• Improve debugging, observability, and operational readiness.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive talent growth across the org.
• Lead through ambiguity, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design for sustainability with non-functional priorities early.
