Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Applied AI ML Lead to own end-to-end delivery of priority IPB AI/ML use cases, from problem framing and business case through to deployed, monitored production services with measurable advisor and client impact.

As part of the Corporate Technology Team, you will lead the engineering build of agentic AI and LLM-powered products serving IPB advisors and clients across international markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent applied experience.
• 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience with production deployment.
• Strong Python skills and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end delivery of IPB AI/ML use cases from framing to production services.
• Leads engineering build of agentic AI and LLM-powered products for IPB clients.
• Sets engineering quality bar via code reviews, design, and pairing.
• Establishes Responsible AI controls and governance in production.
• Partners with IPB stakeholders to surface AI/ML opportunities and fund workstreams.
• Represent AIML in governance forums, ensuring regulatory and data-privacy considerations.
