Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Applied AI/ML Lead within the Commercial & Investment Bank Technology team to tackle complex business problems, analyze data, and develop state-of-the-art ML solutions for Wholesale Lending Services.

You will collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and software engineers to prototype, deploy, and productionize models on AWS, covering NLP, personalization, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong mathematics and statistics background.
• 7+ years applying data science/ML to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML programs and guide problem statements and roadmaps.
• Develop state-of-the-art ML models for NLP, personalization, or recommendations.
• Build end-to-end ML/AutoML/AutoNLP pipelines and productionize models.
• Create batch and real-time prediction pipelines with integrations.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to deploy solutions.
• Present results to senior leaders and influence data-driven decisions.
• Foster a high-performing, transparent team culture.
