Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in a technology function or industry.
• Experience designing, building, or managing AI agents or AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (365 and AI tools).
• Experience leading or mentoring direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and manage low-code AI agents and complex AI solutions with business teams.
• Lead engagement with business teams to understand workflows and co‑develop AI solutions.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and platform updates for enterprise needs.
• Evaluate third‑party AI software for fit, security, and responsible AI considerations.
• Monitor AI usage and adoption data to improve impact.
