Job summary

Invenergy is a leading North American energy company based in Chicago. The Analyst, Applied AI (Enterprise Analytics & AI) supports the application of enterprise AI tools to build practical AI solutions and helps teams begin integrating AI into their daily workflows.

This role, under the guidance of senior team members, contributes to low-code AI agent development and supports the organization’s AI adoption efforts through documentation, training content, and data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Basic familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• High level of curiosity, enthusiasm for emerging technologies, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and testing of low-code AI agents and custom AI solutions.
• Support business teams by documenting workflows and gathering information to help identify potential AI use cases, as directed.
• Develop foundational familiarity with the organization's enterprise AI platforms, including their key features and limitations.
• Assist in the evaluation of third-party AI applications by collecting data, documenting findings, and organizing results.
• Help gather and organize AI usage and adoption data to support team reporting and analysis efforts.
• Contribute to the preparation of training content and user guidelines that support responsible and effective AI use across the organization.
• Monitor emerging AI capabilities and share relevant observations with the team.
• Provide support to Enterprise Analytics & AI data scientists, data engineers, and analytics team members on assigned tasks, as directed.
