Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building an Applied AI function for its GTM organization. We seek an Applied AI Architect who will own AI-enabled revenue workflows, design agents, and ensure adoption across pre-sales through renewal.

You will be embedded in a fast-growing, global SaaS environment, partnering with Growth Engineering, PMM, and Sales leadership to deliver practical, trusted AI that scales across accounts and segments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a GTM role with hands-on AI tool experience.
• Proven ability to translate field knowledge into scalable AI systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own AI surface across the revenue lifecycle and measure adoption.
• Design and refine AI agents on shared infrastructure and retrieval logic.
• Collaborate with GTM, engineering and leadership to ground solutions in business needs.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, and iterate to improve outputs.
• Contribute to a knowledge hub by structuring patterns from field signals.
