You will helm AI systems, data pipelines, and agentic tools, aligning with regulatory and governance standards while mentoring a team of AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data science and AI engineering with 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven AI application deployment in regulated enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and MLOps.
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and Langraph.
• Experience with structured/unstructured financial data and ECM/DCM/M&A workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI leadership aligning with Banking tech strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead scalable AI systems: LLMs, NLP, knowledge graphs, ML pipelines.
• Architect secure, compliant AI solutions integrated with market data and CRM.
• Oversee data engineering and ML feature pipelines with data teams.
• Productize proofs-of-concept into enterprise tools and agentic AI.
• Governance, explainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI team; drive delivery excellence.
