MLabs Ltd in New York City seeks a Software Engineer – Applied AI / Product Engineering to design, build, and deploy AI-driven enterprise applications for the CRE sector. You own end-to-end features from user needs to deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production software with autonomous LLM agents or workflows
• Ability to own features end-to-end from user needs through deployment
• Strong capability in designing agent-centric architectures and AI workflows
• Willingness to quickly learn and translate domain knowledge into technical specs

Responsibilities

• Product & AI Engineering: design, build, and deploy agent-centric software architectures and end-to-end AI workflows
• End-to-End Feature Ownership: manage full product development lifecycle from user discovery to deployment
• Agent Evaluation & Harnessing: develop evaluation frameworks, harness selections, and context management strategies
• Domain Knowledge Extraction: translate domain insights into structured system requirements, prompts, and metrics
• Continuous Paradigm Evaluation: benchmark and refine AI models and agent paradigms for performance
