MLabs Ltd, a premier venture accelerator, seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own features through the full product lifecycle in New York City. This onsite role reports to the CTO and requires turning ambiguous problems into robust ML and LLM-based systems.

You will build production Python systems, design models, manage deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive roadmap priorities and measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• Senior-Level ML experience driving complex problems to production releases.
• Strong Python skills across data exploration, training pipelines, APIs and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with structured outputs, model evaluation and backtesting.
• Experience deploying ML/LLM systems and observability for production.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Applied ML End-to-End from problem to production system.
• Build production pipelines for data collection, enrichment, feature extraction and scoring.
• Define labels/features, create evaluation sets and backtests; detect data leakage.
• Deploy models to production environments and manage APIs, jobs, and monitoring.
• Improve LLM infrastructures including prompt evaluation, safety guardrails, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmap priorities and translate model outputs into business tools.
