Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with LLM APIs.
• Experience with SQL and data-grounded AI workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered agents end-to-end: identify client problems, prototype quickly, and ship to production.
• Design and implement LLM integrations including prompting, function calling, and retrieval-augmented workflows.
• Define evaluation criteria and build test harnesses for AI systems where correctness is ambiguous.
• Work directly with clients to understand workflows, validate AI behavior, and iterate toward production readiness.
• Partner with core engineering to generalize client work into product features.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure (agent frameworks, tool integrations, pipelines).
• Monitor and maintain production AI systems with focus on reliability, cost, and performance.
