Robson Bale Ltd is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join a focused team delivering production-grade AI agents and automation solutions for enterprise customers in New York. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant ownership of technical delivery.

You'll design, build and deploy AI workflows using LangGraph, MCP and popular LLMs, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI applications that drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Applied AI Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered applications to production.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with large language models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows.
• Build AI solutions using leading LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Develop applications using Python, LangGraph, MCP and modern orchestration frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Own projects from concept to deployment and production support.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for reliability, security and scalability.
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
