Job summary

HireHi ищет инженера-разработчика для создания и масштабирования платформы, интегрирующей ИИ-агентов и традиционные сервисы. Ваша роль — проектировать архитектуру, писать код и держать качество на уровне продакшн.

Требуется опыт вывода на продакшн AI/агентных систем, владение контекст-менеджментом и эмпирический подход к надежности, латентности и мониторингу. Полностью удаленная работа, работа по международным часовым поясам ЕС/UK и США.

Qualifications

• Требуется прочный опыт разработки ПО и выводимых в продакшн систем без supervision.
• Практический опыт вывода AI/агентных систем для бизнеса, работающих в реальном времени.
• Умение работать с инструментами управления контекстом и оркестрацией.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать переиспользуемые компоненты для памяти агентов и управления контекстом.
• Проектировать рабочие процессы, объединяющие ИИ-агентов, обычное ПО и человеческое участие.
• Создавать тестовые и оценочные рамки до развёртывания.
• Обеспечивать трассируемость и дебаггинг поведения агентов.
• Изучать сбои и обрабатывать крайние случаи эксплуатации.
• Преобразовывать успешные рабочие процессы в инфраструктуру.
• Разрабатывать YAML/CI-пайплайны для репозиториев кода.

Описание:

The property technology company builds AI into residential lettings and property management. It grows through acquisitions and develops AI workflows for tenant sourcing and property management.

Задачи:

• Build reusable components for agent memory, context management, tool calling, and feedback loops
• Design workflows coordinating AI agents, conventional software, and human input
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess performance before deployment
• Make agent behaviour easier to trace, debug, and improve
• Investigate failures and handle operational edge cases
• Turn successful standalone workflows into reusable infrastructure
• Build development workflows where coding agents can explore repositories, implement changes, review code, and run checks
• Help establish architectural patterns and engineering standards as the platform grows
• Work with product and operational teams to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and turn them into dependable software
• Determine where LLMs add value, where conventional code is more dependable, and where human involvement should remain

Требования:

• Strong software engineering experience, including independently taking complex systems from idea to production
• Hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic systems used in a real business
• Practical understanding of tool use, structured outputs, context management, and orchestration
• Experience addressing reliability, latency, evaluation, and observability
• Regular use of coding agents and a considered approach to checking their work
• Strong architectural judgement and ability to connect technical decisions to business needs
• Comfortable taking ownership when requirements are still developing
• Clear communication skills and fluency in English
• Comfortable applying Python-based AI experience in TypeScript
