Qualifications

• Опыт работы с системами на базе LLM, включая RAG, агентов или GenAI проекты.
• Сильные навыки Python, включая тестирование, архитектуру кода, API и CI/CD.
• Понимание облачных архитектур AI и продакшн‑сред.
• Опыт работы с данными и их интеграцией.
• Умение ясно объяснять сложные концепции техническим и нетехническим сторонам.
• Владение немецким и английским на рабочем уровне.

Responsibilities

Job description

Задачи

• Design and build AI agents and workflows that solve concrete business problems
• Take technical ownership of applied AI solutions, including architecture decisions, engineering standards, and code quality
• Build enterprise-grade solutions on modern AI platforms, mainly Azure
• Set up environments to operate agentic workloads at scale, including GenAIOps, CI/CD, observability, systematic evaluation, and cost control
• Work with customers' data landscapes, including data pipelines, retrieval, data quality, sensitive data handling, and access control
• Integrate AI solutions into customers' existing IT landscapes and hand them over to the teams that operate them
• Support pre-sales with technical scoping and effort estimates
• Build customers' AI know-how through workshops and training
• Grow the team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical mentoring

Требования

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production, beyond prototypes
• Practical experience with LLM-based systems, including RAG, agents, or comparable applied GenAI work
• Strong Python software engineering skills, including testing, code structure, APIs, and CI/CD
• Good understanding of cloud-based AI architectures and production environments
• Good understanding of data engineering and integration concepts
• Systematically evaluate AI systems and maintain a structured approach to quality
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in German and English
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Azure AI services and GenAIOps / MLOps tooling, classical machine learning with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn, consulting or customer-facing technology projects, AI governance or model evaluation, mentoring engineers or owning technical workstreams
