Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco seeks an Applied AI Architect for Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences. You will run enablements, workshops, and demos to help scientists leverage Claude and Claude Science, while growing a community of researchers.

You will scale enablement across teams, train Customer Success, and create playbooks. The role requires hands-on AI for science, strong communication, and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with AI tools for science and education of Claude Science.
• Experience in academic labs, biotechs, pharma or research institutes.
• Experience running programs for scientific communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• DRI for scientific enablement: decide, build materials, deliver, measure daily use of Claude.
• Lead programs activating scientists at scale (LSVP, Claude for Researchers).
• Build demos, notebooks and tutorials showing frontier models in scientific work.
• Scale enablement inside Anthropic: train teams and build playbooks.
• Grow a scientist community around Claude and support ambassador programs.
• Advocate for scientists: translate needs to launches with Marketing and Communications.
