Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Applied AI Architect on the Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team to help scientists get the most from Claude (including Claude Science). The role focuses on running enablements, workshops, hackathons, building demos and notebooks, and growing a community of scientists using frontier models.

You will be the DRI for scientific enablement, design and run programs to activate scientists at scale, and scale enablement across teams.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with AI tools for science, especially Claude and Claude Science.

Responsibilities

• Be the DRI for scientific enablement: decide what to run, create materials, deliver trainings, and measure adoption and daily usage of Claude.
• Lead programs to activate scientists at scale (e.g., LSVP, Claude for Researchers): set goals, design and run programs.
• Build demos, notebooks, and tutorials that show how frontier models can be used in scientific workflows; share tools and insights publicly (e.g., X, LinkedIn).
• Scale enablement internally by training Applied AI and Customer Success teams and producing playbooks they can run without you.
• Build and lead a scientist community around Claude, support ambassador programs, and represent scientists at meetups and conferences.
• Act as the voice of scientists inside Anthropic: gather feedback, drive concrete product requests, and coordinate with Marketing/Comms to reach scientific audiences.
