You will mentor teams toward self-sufficiency, measure adoption, and iterate on tools and prompts within shared infrastructure, rotating across functions to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a functional or cross-functional cohort to learn workflows and rebuild them around AI.
• Create custom tools, agents, automations, and prompts on shared infrastructure.
• Ship working solutions on real deliverables, not just demos.
• Coach teams toward self-sufficiency and progressive AI adoption.
• Monitor adoption, diagnose output issues, and evolve capabilities into the platform layer.
• Document tools, playbooks, and patterns for reuse across teams.
• Track progress against a maturity model and rotate to new functions.
