SharkNinja, Inc. in Needham, MA, is seeking a co-op focused on AI/ML and data analytics for a five-and-a-half-month immersive rotation.

You’ll work on real SharkNinja projects, building production-ready AI solutions with direct leadership exposure and ownership from week one. Co-ops embed in live projects, with access to Claude Enterprise and an AWS sandbox, and opportunities for mentorship, networking, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in a related field and able to work full-time.
• Available for 40-hour weeks onsite at Needham, MA (min 3 days) or NYC/MIAMI.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Demonstrated AI/ML work with prompts, automation, or workflows.
• Experience with real-world or messy datasets, SQL, and Python.
• Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of defined business problems.
• Design AI prompts and workflows; manage data prep pipelines for projects.
• Build dashboards, reports, or models used by internal teams with quality focus.
• Identify trends and insights; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows.
• Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes to reduce manual effort.
• Present findings and recommendations to team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps; propose practical solutions, not just flag issues.
• Embody SharkNinja’s success drivers in daily work.
