Qualifications

• Lead or manager role in application support or development.
• Experience with ITIL processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, development, deployment, and maintenance of application systems.
• Keep applications running efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
• Lead developers, analysts, and testers and coordinate their work.
• Develop application strategies and identify upgrades and integrations.
• Monitor risks and issues and put mitigation plans in place.
• Run regular audits for security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Report on system performance, project status, and roadmap.
