Job summary

Nordson EFD LLC is seeking an experienced professional to join our sales support and customer technical team. You will participate in testing, provide equipment recommendations, and support customers through installation, training, and troubleshooting across global teams.

You will contribute to product development insights and collaborate with R&D, quality, and service to resolve issues and enhance manuals and training materials. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a high energy level and the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic changing environment.
• Experience supporting EFD product line and TTA platform programming.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales calls and meetings to understand customers' needs and provide preliminary equipment recommendations.
• Perform dispensing application trials to ensure proposed system meets customer requirements.
• Write test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes.
• Communicate with customers, international sales groups, R&D and marketing regarding technical and product issues.
• Support customers in installation, training and troubleshooting, in person or virtually.
• Aids with product training for all sales groups focusing on top products.
