Eagle Harbor, LLC. is seeking an Applications Support Analyst in Albuquerque, NM to provide functional and implementation support to IS&A and IT Infrastructure teams.

The role serves applications users across the organization and collaborates with all functional groups within NTC, with on-site duties in Albuquerque. The candidate will support production and testing environments, assist in patch management, document processes, and participate in disaster recovery planning and software lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years professional experience in software/hardware applications for a complex organization including development.
• At least 2 years professional experience in an enterprise server environment.
• Enterprise experience with Windows Server Platform 2019, 2022.
• Enterprise experience with Windows Group Policy and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of programming and database process life cycles.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Understanding the components of Project Management.

Eagle Harbor, LLC., is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Applications Support Analyst to support our government client. The Applications Support Analyst provides functional and implementation support to IS&A, and IT Infrastructure Team, supports applications users and works closely with all functional teams within the NTC organization. This position is located in Albuquerque, NM. This position is required to be on-site and located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides support in production, demonstration, and testing environments
• Provides client support during development and production deployment of applications
• Assists with identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
• Assists with implementing patch management and software upgrades for all applications
• Documents and maintains a knowledgebase and other associated information in accordance with IS&A and cyber security protocols
• Assists in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan for all production applications
• Ensures follow through on entire software lifecycle
• Supports Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for development and production application authentication
• Applies and follows basic safety and security concepts and policies Degree/Education/Certification Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: (T o perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily .)
