Qualifications

• Knowledge of application development, solution engineering, systems integration, and enterprise technology solution design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and implemented solutions.
• Knowledge of web application development, APIs, and integration methods.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft365 solution configuration, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex applications, data, workflow, server, website, and integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, analyzes, and validates business requirements with departments, users, vendors, and IT staff.
• Translates requirements into functional and technical designs for solutions.
• Evaluates approaches across custom development, workflow automation, Microsoft365, SharePoint, CMS, integrations, and reporting tools.
• Designs, develops, configures, tests, deploys, and maintains custom applications, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Supports public websites and CMS configurations, templates, and integrations.
• Develops APIs and data integrations, troubleshoots related issues, and maintains technical documentation.
• Participates in upgrades, migrations, modernization, security remediation, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinates with IT teams on infrastructure, identity, security, and networking requirements.
• Establishes relationships with county departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as required.
