Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
3+ years of professional work experience in life sciences or related field.
Demonstrated ability to successfully use molecular biology techniques.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data with tools such as Microsoft Excel or JMP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Receive and document incoming customer communications.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions in the areas of reagent, consumables, and assay related issues.
Support troubleshooting of customer issues through root cause investigation, experiment design, study execution, data analysis, and reporting.
Conduct bench level experiments within several product areas.
Draft and distribute content of customer communications including customer notifications and technical or service bulletins.
Identify, contribute, implement, and report on improvements in processes and products.
