Qualifications

• 10+ years of cooling industry experience.
• Direct value sales experience or influencing skills.
• Experience launching new products and driving sales focus.
• Project management experience leading large cross-functional projects.
• Technical leadership of product lines and markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site audits across industries to assess performance and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot complex utility system issues including boilers and cooling systems.
• Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for internal and external audiences.
• Lead and manage multiple internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee planning, resources, staffing, and vendor/subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and quality, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure outcomes meet technical, reliability, schedule, and financial goals.
• Support geographic expansion through technical expertise and customer engagement.
• Evaluate new product concepts and collaborate with R&D on priorities.
