RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Application Manager to lead the functional applications team and oversee design, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications. You will partner with operational leaders and vendors to ensure solutions meet clinical and operational needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, change management, and continuous optimization across IT & S Security and enterprise systems within New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of application design, configuration, implementation, testing, optimization, and support.
• Experience managing enterprise healthcare applications or EHR systems.
• Experience partnering with vendors and operations teams on implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the application team and oversee design, configuration, development, testing, and support.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications in healthcare settings.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions.
