Job summary

Nordic is seeking an IT Applications Manager to oversee the design, development, optimization and support of our healthcare software portfolio for managed services customers. You will ensure application administration, ITSM alignment and vendor integrations while guiding the team to deliver reliable, compliant workflows across clinical and operational settings.

You will partner with executive leaders and clinical stakeholders to shape deployment strategies, manage changes, and drive data

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management and ITIL framework.
• Ability to lead and coach teams and individuals, including performance reviews.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing healthcare IT applications and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster teamwork with customers and staff.
• Oversee design, development, optimization and support of healthcare applications.
• Drive standardized delivery and high-quality results across projects.
• Coordinate with clinical leaders to optimize workflows and data reporting.
