Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking an Applications Manager to lead and optimize the Kinetic Cloud ERP environment in a hybrid role.

You will serve as a hands-on functional Business Analyst, translating business needs into effective ERP solutions while mentoring a Technical Business Analyst and coordinating with IT and external vendors. You will drive process improvements, ensure system stability, and align the ERP roadmap with key business goals across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor/Kinetic Cloud.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience managing applications and tools used by finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong experience as a functional Business Analyst in a startup/dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end owner of the Kinetic Cloud ERP platform ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Manage day-to-day application operations including user access, configurations and workflows.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to resolve application issues.
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance; maintain system documentation and support processes.
• Align the application roadmap with business goals; drive automation and process optimization.
• Lead as a functional Business Analyst translating business needs into solutions across departments.
• Map processes, perform gap analyses and support improvements leveraging Kinetic functionality.
• Document functional/technical specs, test scripts, and support UAT planning and execution.
• Mentor a Technical Business Analyst and guide on technical design and execution.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and Epicor; manage vendor relationships and service performance.
