ASML US, LLC seeks a senior Applications leader to build and scale a capable organization in Austin, TX, supporting a strategic customer and future HVM site. You will own outcomes, drive cross-functional execution, and partner with global stakeholders to meet ambitious performance targets.

You will lead through NPI, ramp-to-volume, and sustaining operations, shaping structure, talent, and processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with ASML standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of IC manufacturing, lithography, metrology, or process technology experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in technical, customer-facing environments
• Proven experience in NPI, ramp, HVM, or advanced manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Strong program or operations management experience in cross-functional environments
• Experience working with global stakeholders and complex customer structures

Aufgaben

• Lead the local Applications organization through NPI, ramp-to-volume, and sustaining operations
• Define and evolve the organizational structure, including hiring plans, role segmentation, and capability development roadmap
• Own performance management, talent development, and succession planning for the team
• Translate on-product Applications strategy into executable priorities aligned with customer commitments
• Define and deploy the long-term HVM Applications support model
• Establish structured operating rhythms and business reviews with internal teams and the customer
• Drive alignment between local execution and global strategy, with authority to prioritize resources, elevate risks, and influence roadmap decisions
• Act as the senior Applications representative to the customer, shaping joint priorities and strengthening long-term strategic partnership
• Represent the Voice of the Customer within ASML and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Improve ways of working, including escalation pathways, execution discipline, and solution deployment
• Apply lithography, metrology, and manufacturing expertise to drive customer performance outcomes
• Identify business opportunities and position ASML solutions to support customer success and growth
• Contribute to US and global Applications Engineering initiatives
