• Ability to design and conduct experiments, interpret results, and recommend solutions.
• Experience providing technical assistance and troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and writing technical reports.
• Clear documentation and presentations for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing application projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with electronics, coatings, adhesives, or polymers markets.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; prior applications engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to ensure new products meet application needs.
• Conduct lab and pilot evaluations to validate performance.
