You will translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Management across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree valued.
• Proficient English (written and verbal).
• Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce.
• Travel to training events and meetings 2–4 times per year.
• Spanish or Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and mid-tier customers.
• Translate complex product capabilities into customer value.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management and International teams.
• Achieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets.
• Act as the main face and voice to the customer and drive trusted advisor status.
