Job summary

SENA Technologies, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an Applications Engineer to be the technical authority for the North American market’s next-generation wireless solution.

You will partner with Sales, R&D, and channel partners to ensure seamless deployment and high-level technical trust with enterprise clients across industries. Key duties include leading product demos, performing PoCs, training channel partners, and providing Tier 2/3 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, wireless solutions, or technical field engineering.

Responsibilities

• Join sales meetings as the technical expert, delivering product demos and addressing client IT needs.
• Execute PoC installations at client sites and document results to validate system performance.
• Deliver technical training to channel partners for installations and Tier 1 support.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for issues partners can't resolve and monitor early deployments for stability.
• Act as the technical point of contact for partners on escalations and share field feedback with R&D to inform the product roadmap.
