Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year
Step into a Chicago-area Sales Engineering role where you can blend hydraulics knowledge, portfolio ownership, and customer-facing strategy inside an established advanced fluid power systems business.
Location: Schaumburg, IL 60173
Schedule: Primarily onsite, typically 4 days in office with 1 hybrid day
Travel: Moderate travel (30-40% weekday travel max for customer visits, sales support, and market engagement. This would be equivalent to up to 2 weeks per month of M-W or M-Th travel, however there will also be times where you won't travel for back to back months, etc.)
This Product Manager will own a mobile directional valve portfolio and act as the commercial and strategic leader for that product family. The position requires someone who can understand what the portfolio can do today, where it needs to evolve, and how to connect product capability to customer demand, sales opportunities, and application strategy. This is not a first-step product manager opening.
