Job summary

Komline is a leading provider of engineered wastewater and industrial process equipment. The Applications Engineer II develops technically sound, commercially competitive solutions, sizes and selects equipment, and coordinates proposals across sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and vendors for municipal and industrial wastewater projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing specs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure manufacturability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
4–7 years in application engineering or related fields.
Ability to interpret specs and translate requirements into equipment solutions.
Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, and customer submittals.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Independently perform application engineering for municipal and industrial wastewater projects.
Review project specs, drawings, data, and requirements to develop compliant proposals.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend Komline Sanderson equipment and system solutions.
Prepare and review proposals, data sheets, specs, and customer submittals.
Develop budgets and pricing with procurement and vendors.
Serve as a technical resource to customers, sales, and partners.
