You will collaborate with sales, design team members, and clients to deliver data-driven solutions using traditional and innovative technologies. Strong analytics, communication, and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in the material handling industry, data analytics, or supply chain analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Python.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency with advanced skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy by identifying data requirements and sourcing datasets.
• Perform data analysis including order profiling, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Develop data-driven design models for storage, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Build analytical models to estimate labor requirements, throughput, and ROI.
• Translate findings into design criteria for internal teams and clients.
• Support pre-sales efforts by presenting data-driven insights in reviews.
• Assist in site visits during proposal phase to validate processes through data.
