Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an applications engineer to become a technical expert in optical and mechanical metrology systems. You will outreach for new opportunities, craft technical solutions, and demonstrate system capabilities with samples and live demos.

You will provide customer training, understand demands, and support customers through webinars and publications. Willingness to travel to customer sites in North America up to 70% is required, and you will work from Keene, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in mechanical/optical engineering or related field; 3+ years field experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR) and able to work from Keene, NH.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for optical and mechanical metrology systems.
• Outreach for new opportunities and build technical solutions.
• Prove system capability with samples and live demos; provide training.
• Support customers, answer inquiries, and communicate via webinars/publications.
• Travel to customer sites in North America up to 70%.
