Nidec is seeking an early-career Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to collaborate across customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams. You will help translate product designs into scalable production solutions, supporting timelines, cost targets, and the full product lifecycle from design to production launch.

The role covers electrical and mechanical motor design, testing, validation, and ongoing product support, with travel on a limited quarterly basis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience.
• Internship or co-op experience in engineering/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product designs into scalable, cost-effective production solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Support product development and transfer designs into production.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations for customers.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, remotely or on-site.
