Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering design or related technical role.
• Experience with product configuration and sales support.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks PDM and design automation/documentation.
• Ability to communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and applications engineering teams to develop configurable product solutions.
• Create and maintain SolidWorks models and configurations to support quoting and sales activities.
• Develop tools, templates, and documentation that streamline product selection and customization.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into viable product configurations.
• Support the development of CPQ systems.
• Ensure all configured solutions comply with engineering standards and manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training with documentation to sales teams regarding product configurations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product configuration and sales enablement.
• Work effectively in office, manufacturing, and customer-site environments.
