SCHUNK USA is seeking an Application Engineer in Morrisville, NC to manage quotations and orders for custom components, collaborating with Design Engineering to develop technical solutions. You will review specifications and communicate effectively with customers to ensure precise, timely delivery of proposals and orders.

Ideal candidates have a solid Engineering degree, strong project management skills, and experience with CAD/CAM tools and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD/CAM software; able to work with 3D models and STEP files.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer quotation and order lifecycle for custom components.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales orders accurately and timely.
• Review specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Interpret drawings and documentation to ensure customer needs are understood.
